Named in honor of the distinguished Alfred alum & founding member of The Women's Leadership Center Advisory Board, Dr. Beth Robinson Judson, the Judson Leadership Center is a key part of Alfred University. Designed with the intent of instilling knowledge of leadership skills, advocacy, and other ways of community engagement amongst students, the J.L.C. is also known for discussing complex issues regarding race, gender/sexuality, and various social movements in the United States. It is an educational space that is not restricted for one specific group of students, but rather, is open to students of all classes, races/ethnicities, gender identities, personal beliefs, and much more.
The Women's Leadership Academy & the Omicron Delta Kappa organization are located within the J.L.C. itself. Both of these unique groups are completely open to all students attending Alfred University. For any further questions or information, please consider contacting the coordinator of the J.L.C., Abby Hurley, in order to learn more about this highly specialized center for students.
