This guide introduces AI Literacy concepts and definitions, providing insights into the relationship between AI and research.

What is AI Literacy?

AI Literacy is a new and evolving field that is concerned with teaching people about AI. It is commonly understood to include a technical understanding of the fundamentals of how AI works, practical application of AI tools in teaching, scholarship, and learning, critically evaluating AI tools and technology, and ethical considerations for AI usage.
